All orders are processed and shipped from our Japan within 10 business days of the order being placed.

We regularly use EMS for shipping. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.

Polock is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

We ship World wide. International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. Polock is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  We cannot provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks.  In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.
